All on-campus housing students will be given the 12 meals per week plan with their housing contract. Changes and adjustments will be made with the Bursar’s office. If you have questions about whether or not you have enrolled in a meal plan, please call (315) 866-0300 ext 8311.
You have the opportunity to change your dining plan until census date (date full tuition is incurrred) each semester. Simply go to the Bursar’s office or the Campus Dining Office in RMCC and fill out a dining plan change form.
Food services may be open on a limited basis for early arrival and extended stay students.If you intend to use a meal plan during these periods, additional funding is required.
You are the only person allowed to use your “meals.” If you would like to treat a friend, you may pay for their meal using your Flex dollars (declining balance account).
Reload. You may add Flex dollars to your account using, cash, check, money order, VISA, or Mastercard. Simply go to the Campus Dining Office (located in the Catering Center) to make your payment.
No, your Herkimer Community College ID is valid as long as you are attending Herkimer Community College. There is a $10 replacement fee if you lose your ID.
